POTENTIAL MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD

The Batpod crashed into an IMAX camera last week, now what’s confirmed to be the new look Batwing hit a bit of trouble on the Pittsburgh set of “The Dark Knight Rises” over the weekend.

The aerial vehicle went off course during filming and hit a street lamp, demolishing one entire side of the craft. Unlike other vehicles on this project however (ie. the Tumblers), Nolan only has one to work with.

It took a large crew over than an hour to fix the damage and they reshot the same scene a second time, no injuries sustained. Also over the weekend Anne Hathaway’s stunt double was spotted driving at top speed down a freeway in Pittsburgh on her Batpod.
